The Journey Begins

Intake
When you choose Grown Wonder, the first step is to go through an intake process. During this process, we'll ask you to complete an intake form where we collect pertinent information to ensure a journey will be as safe as possible for you.
If we determine it may not safe for you to proceed, we will contact you to let you know we won't be able to work with you. This would be rare, but it does happen sometimes. For example, it could be something like you have high blood pressure and are not yet medicated for it. Once you got your high blood pressure under control, we could reassess if we're able to work with you at a later date.
If we determine we can proceed, we will collect payment and then schedule your 30 minute intake session over zoom.

Journey
During the intake process, we will choose a safe, private location for your journey together. This could be your home or an Air BnB. If it's an Air BnB, that would need to be coordinated by you separately.
In order to encourage an inward journey to access the wisdom of your own inner healer, Grown Wonder will create a conducive Set and Setting, which includes guided meditation, eye shades and therapeutic psychedelic music playlists.
Once you take the medicine, your journey attendant will watch over you so you feel as safe as possible to surrender to the process. If you start to encounter any difficulty, your journey attendant will be there to provide helpful guidance, breath work to help ground you back into your body, physical support like hand-holding (if consented to ahead of time), or other types of physical support like a weighted blanket, comfort item, etc.

Integration
Integration begins the moment your journey ends. Psychedelics are a wonderful tool to gain insights, but integration is the most important part of your journey because that's how you make use of the wisdom you received in your every day life.
Your journey attendant will listen to you recapping your journey immediately after its over and will record that for you in a notebook. Your journey attendant can also record your voice, if you want to listen to yourself describing your journey in your own voice later on.
Within 30 days after your journey, while your mind is still pliable and it's easier to make lasting change, you will have two 30 minute phone or zoom sessions with your journey attendant to continue the integration process. These sessions are included in the total price of the Journey experience.
Value
At Grown Wonder, we charge $900 for the full Journey experience, including all support services from Intake to Journey to Integration.
